First war time stamp 2022 Ukraine-set of 2 FDC Oleksa Novakivskyi

  
The release of Oleksa Novakivskyi. Was short and sales were canceled and immediately withdrawn from sale. In some cities, the stamps arrived and were on free sale for several days. Then the entire circulation was collected and sent to Kyiv, according to the order to cancel this issue. Very RARE FDC Oleksa Novakivskyi stamp cancellation! The cancellation was held in Lviv during the time when Kiev was under assault by the russian army- 14.03.2022. Ukrposhta could not send the envelope printed ahead witha printing of 2200 pcs for this cancellation to Lviv, so Ukrposhta made a special printing of just 75 envelopes! Out of 75 envelopes only 65 were canceled on 14.03.2022.

The special printing request was made on 11.03.2022 by Ukrposhta and it can be seen on the back of this FDC enveloppe. Later one, some envelopes printed for first day cancellation out of the printing 2200 pcs where cancelled in Kiev specially for philatelist members who had an annual subscription.
