One of the rarest and most difficult FDC covers of Egypt: The 1933 railways congress with a cancellation design error, the date (in the circular cancel under the words "Le Caire") is shown as 19EE instead of 1933, the die maker simply forgot that the text will be mirrored! This extraordinary cover is marked at 11am and as a further bonus was one of an even smaller group of special "Heliopolis Palace Hotel" stationary (where the congress was officially held).
